- Coach/physical therapist license photos (for credential verification)

- Audio and video recordings of sessions (with consent under Article 9 of the Terms of Service, used solely for auditing coaching quality, keeping session records, and resolving disputes)

2. Purposes of Data Use
- Providing in-home fitness training matching services
- Matching suitable coaches with users
- Health assessments and training plan review by physical therapists
- Recording training data and generating progress charts
- Auditing coaching quality, keeping session records, and resolving disputes (session recordings)
- SOS emergency notification and positioning
- Notifying linked family members of the user’s training status
- Customer support and issue handling
- Improving service quality and user experience
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only to the extent necessary:

4. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase: cloud database and user authentication; data is stored in a protected cloud environment.
- Cloudflare R2: file storage for user-uploaded photos and media.
- Apple / Google push services: for notifications (booking reminders, SOS alerts, etc.).
5. Data Protection Measures
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
- The database uses Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access authorized data
- Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing
- Access to health data is strictly permission-controlled
- Regular security reviews are conducted
6. Your Rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Access: you may review the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your personal data (except where retention is required by law).
- Cessation: you may request that we stop collecting, processing, or using your personal data.

7. Data Retention
- Account data: for the life of the account and 30 days after deletion
- Training records: for the life of the account and 1 year after deletion (for dispute resolution)
- Health assessment data: retained as required by medical regulations
- SOS event records: retained permanently (safety and legal purposes)
- Usage data (anonymized): retained indefinitely for service improvement
8. Anonymized Testimonials and Marketing Materials
8.1 Anonymization
The Platform may anonymize your post-session feedback and use it as marketing material. Anonymization includes removing all personally identifiable information (such as name, address, contact details), retaining only general information such as age range and training outcomes.
8.2 Scope of Use
Anonymized testimonials may be used for:
- Display on the Platform’s official website
- Social media posts
- Search engine optimization (SEO) content
- Platform promotional copy
8.3 Presentation
Testimonials are presented anonymously, e.g., “A 70-year-old member: my knees no longer hurt.” We do not disclose your real name or other identifying information.
8.4 Opt-Out
You may at any time request removal of testimonial content containing your feedback via App settings or customer service. We will process such requests within 14 days.
8.5 Editing
To improve readability, we may lightly edit your feedback (e.g., correcting typos, improving fluency) without changing its meaning.
9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-App notice or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes agreement to the updated Policy.
