2. Purpose of Data Use
- Providing in-home fitness training and rehabilitation matching services
- Matching suitable coaches with elderly users
- Therapist health assessments and training plan reviews
- Recording training data and generating progress charts
- SOS emergency notifications and positioning
- Notifying family members of elderly users' training status
- Customer support and issue resolution
- Improving service quality and user experience
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only to the extent necessary:

4. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Cloud database and user authentication service. Data is stored in a protected cloud environment.
- Cloudflare R2: File storage service for user-uploaded photos and media.
- Apple / Google Push Services: For sending notifications (booking reminders, SOS alerts, etc.).
5. Data Protection Measures
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
- Database uses Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access authorized data
- Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing
- Health data access is strictly permission-controlled
- Regular security audits are conducted
6. User Rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You may review the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data (except where retention is required by law).
- Right to Cease Collection/Processing/Use: You may request that we stop collecting, processing, or using your personal data.

7. Data Retention Period
- Account data: Duration of account existence plus 30 days after deletion
- Training records: Duration of account existence plus 1 year (for dispute resolution)
- Health assessment data: Retained as required by medical regulations
- SOS event records: Permanently retained (for safety and legal purposes)
- Usage data (anonymized): Retained indefinitely for service improvement
8. Anonymous Testimonials and Marketing Use
8.1 Anonymization
The Platform may anonymize the content of your post-session feedback surveys for use as marketing materials. Anonymization includes: removing all personally identifiable information (such as name, address, contact details), retaining only generalized information such as age range and training outcome descriptions.
8.2 Scope of Use
Anonymized testimonial content may be used for:
- Display on the Platform's official website
- Social media posts
- Search engine optimization (SEO) content
- Platform promotional materials
8.3 Presentation
Testimonial content will be presented anonymously, for example: “70-year-old member: My knee pain is gone.” We will not disclose your real name or other personally identifiable information.
8.4 Right to Opt Out
You may request removal of testimonial content containing your feedback at any time through the App settings or by contacting customer service. We will process your request within 14 days of receipt.
8.5 Content Enhancement
To improve readability, we may edit your feedback content (such as correcting typos and improving sentence flow) without changing the original meaning.
9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
